As a user of the Site, you agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes, and not to conduct or participate in any of the following on the Site as a clear violation of rules and regulations, which may result in limit, suspension or termination of your access and ability to purchase on this Site:

- Lewd conversation, Lascivious behavior or photos is not appropriate and will not be tolerated.
- Bullying, intimidating, or otherwise behavior deemed inappropriate by the Site’s managers in any shape or form will not be tolerated. Ugly Mug Pottery is inclusive to all individuals, backgrounds, beliefs or personal desires.

- Act in any way that could be considered fraudulent;
- Post any material that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive such as lewd photos or verbiage that violates the rules and regulations.
Violation of the above listed is deemed illegal and usage of the Site in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, Ugly Mug Pottery, LLC reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access, subscription and/or orders to the Site. Site access may be terminated upon no notice by violating these Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from illegally accessing the Site in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Sale of Goods and Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services available on our Site.
The following goods are available but not limited to on our Site:
- Handmade Pottery, Ceramics, Mugs, Bowls, Dishes, Plates, Fountains, Lamps, Candle Holders, Subscriptions, Lessons, and Teaching.
The following services are/may be available on our Site and follow the Terms and Conditions:
- Pottery Lessons, workshops, teaching and subscriptions to information.
The services will be paid in full when the services are ordered. These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. These include all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible, however, we are not legally bound by such information, description or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own financial or health risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject, cancel or not fulfill any order placed that may deem inappropriate to break the Terms and Conditions, for any reason, as well as whenever it becomes necessary. If Ugly Mug Pottery cancels your order and has already processed your payment, a credit refund will be distributed for a future piece unless otherwise specially noted during the purchase process. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund. Please see the Broken Pottery Credit Return Policy for more information on credit returns for pottery that is broken as a result of shipping.
Third-Party Goods and Services and payment policies
Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. Ugly Mug Pottery does not endorse, have affiliation and cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.
Payments accepted include Credit Card, Paypal, Debit or cash/check in person. When provided with payment information, you authority our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument. Ugly Mug Pottery is not liable for any stolen identities or information unlawfully used based on usage, input, data or orders on this Site.
Shipping Policy
When you purchase pottery from our Site, the items will be delivered through one of the following methods: USPS, UPS, FedEx or local delivery. The default method of shipment is via USPS Flat Rate Boxes.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or acts of God. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and national holidays.
You will be required to pay shipping charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchased.
You are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. Ugly Mug Pottery is not liable for the shipping of your goods to the incorrect or wrong address as a result of providing Ugly Mug Pottery with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Broken Pottery Shipping and Return Policy
When you purchase pottery from Ugly Mug Pottery, the goods will be delivered through trackable shipment USPS. Ugly Mug Pottery does not ship internationally and only in the USA. Items ordered may also be shipping via UPS, FedEx or locally delivered if in delivery range.
Delivery of your order will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or acts of God. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and national holidays and can take up to 14 business days to complete, if not longer due to uncontrollable circumstances. On most orders, you will be required to pay shipping charges in addition to the price of the goods you purchased.
You are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. Ugly Mug Pottery is not liable for the shipment of your purchase(s) to the incorrect or wrong address as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information. If the incorrect shipping address is placed upon order, it is recommended you contact Ugly Mug Pottery immediately.
If you, unfortunately, receive a broken piece of pottery as a result of shipment, DO NOT USE OR HANDLE THE BROKEN POTTERY. Broken pottery is very sharp like glass and injury, bodily harm, several cuts and infection or death can result from the handling of broken pottery. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
Ugly Mug Pottery wants you to enjoy and have the piece you enthusiastically looked forward to and pledges to do as much as possible to ensure a smooth and satisfying result from a bad situation.
Refunds of credit do not apply to the following goods: Pottery lessons, subscriptions, or 1-on-1 teaching.
To request a credit under our broken pottery return policy, photograph the broken piece of pottery as it sits inside the package without handling it and email to: RonnieK@UglyMugPottery.Com with the subject line “Credit Request: Broken Pottery in Shipment”
Once your return request photograph is received and viewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
Ugly Mug Pottery only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7-days of purchase. Exchange requests on gifts may be sent to RonnieK@UglyMugPottery.Com but are not guaranteed to be fulfilled.
Any pieces purchased at third-party locations and not www.UglyMugPottery.Com are not eligible. You must contact the third-party location in which the piece was bought for their return policy.
In the event of a monetary refund, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Consumer Protection Law:
Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Usage of data and information:
Information you submit to Ugly Mug Pottery becomes fair usage to utilize in professional, fair business execution such as newsletters, giveaways, e-blast and more. Information submitted to Ugly Mug Pottery is never sold and remains private.
